If you have entered the wrong PIN code three times, your Pleo card will be blocked as a safety precaution. Before you can use it again, you need to reset your PIN attempts.
Note: Resetting your PIN attempts does not allow you to change the PIN code. Currently, it's not possible to change your PIN code.
Reset Pin
- Go to Account in the mobile app
- Navigate to Security
- Tap on Card PIN
- Choose Reset PIN attempts
- Feed your Pleo card into an ATM machine & enter the PIN code.
Note: You don't need to withdraw money, simply viewing your account balance will be enough to restore your pin attempts
