Mark expense as personal

If you have accidentally used your Pleo card for a personal expense:

1. In the Pleo app, select the expense you want to mark as personal
2. Tap the three-dot menu
3. Tap Mark as personal expense

Good to know: 

• It's not possible to mark an expense as personal once it's been processed. If this is the case, reach out to your reviewer or admin.
• The personal expense will not be settled through Pleo, reach out to your admin to find out your settlement process.
• For admins: 
  • Only the card holder can mark an expense as personal
  • It's not possible to settle personal expenses through the Pleo app, we recommend settling the balance outside of Pleo.
