Issues adding receipts in Pleo

There are a few things to try if you are experiencing issues while adding receipts:


  1. Try it on another device
    If you are trying to add the receipt in the app on your phone, try logging into the browser and add the receipt there.

  2. Troubleshooting for Pleo mobile app:
    1. Log out from the account
    2. Uninstall the app
    3. Clear cookies and cache 
    4. Restart the device
    5. Install the app
    6. Log into the account again

If you are still unable to add a receipt, reach out to our support team with the make and model of the device you're using and the app version installed.
