Not receiving SMS code

There are a few things you can try if you are not receiving the 6-digit SMS code to log in: 


  1. Check if you see the last two digits of your phone number
    • I don't see 2 digits
      1. Check if you have entered the right email address. You might have made a typo or entered an incorrect email address.
      2. If you are new to Pleo, ask your admin to remove you from the Pleo account and send you a new invite.

    • The 2 digits are not of my current phone number
      Reach out to your Admin and request that they reset your authentication method.

    • The 2 digits are correct - Continue to the next step

  2. Restart your phone

  3. Attempt to log in again
    • Toggle airplane mode on and off while waiting for the SMS
    • Wait for 10 minutes for the SMS to be delivered

  4. Test if you're getting other text messages
    Ask someone to send you an SMS to make sure you are receiving other messages. If you are not, reach out to your phone provider for assistance.
