Get a virtual card

Get a virtual card to use for online purchases or add the card to your digital wallet for in-store purchases. Every Pleo user with access to cards has a virtual card in the app; all that’s left to do is activate it.

Request a vendor card

Vendor cards can be used to keep track of subscriptions and can be created by Admins and extended controllers.

If you are an Employee, you can request a vendor card through the Pleo app:

1. Go to Cards
2. Tap +
3. Tap New vendor card
4. Follow the on-screen instructions
5. Admins will be notified once the request has been created, and can approve the request

Get a physical card

1. Navigate to People in the Pleo web app
2. Go to Physical Cards
3. Click Order Cards
4. Select all users that need a card and enter their names
5. Check if the company name and address are correct
6. Confirm your order

The card should be delivered within 5-7 business days. In the meantime, virtual cards can be used for most cases by adding them to a digital wallet.
