Activate card

Activate/pair your physical card

Once you receive your Pleo card, you need to pair it in the app to access the pin and activate the card:

1. Navigate to Cards
2. Select the physical (gray) card
3. Tap Pair Card
4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Pleo card

Good to know:

• Pleo cards are assigned to individual employees, so the card can only be paired with 1 Pleo account
• It's not possible to unpair a card. If the card was paired to the wrong user account, you can replace the card. 

Activate your virtual card

1. Navigate to Cards
2. Select the virtual (yellow) card
3. Tap Unlock my card or Activate card
