If you are an admin in Pleo, you can easily reset a user's passcode. Before you do this, please verify that this is the employee who is contacting you with this request.
Once it's verified, you can reset their passcode by following the steps below:
- Go to People and search for the relevant user
- Move the mouse over the user and click the circle icon
- A pop-up opens, scroll down
- Click on "Reset passcode" and confirm
An e-mail will be sent to the user, containing a link to reset the passcode. For security reasons, the link will be valid for an hour.
Please note that the above method only applies for users with the member access in Pleo. For admins or bookkeepers, please reach out to support via the in-app chat or write an e-mail to email@example.com.
