Invite an external bookkeeper

You can invite an external bookkeeper in Pleo, select their access level, enter their details and grant Power of Attorney (PoA) by checking the box.

Granting Power of Attorney is a mandatory step to finalise the connection and allow your External Bookkeeper to manage your account.

What happens next for your external bookkeeper

  1. An email invitation will be sent from Pleo.
  2. After accepting, the bookkeeper will be taken to the Pleo web app.
  3. Personal information, such as name and email address, will need to be provided.
  4. A 4-digit passcode must be set, and the phone number verified.
  5. Details about the accounting practice (country of registration and company) should be added.
  6. The Partner Agreement must be confirmed.
  7. The partner account will then be created in Pleo.
