You have an employee who forgot their passcode/phone number? As an admin you can easily help them reset it by taking the following steps:
Click on People and search for the relevant user
Move the mouse over the user and click the circle icon
In the pop up, scroll down
Depending on the case, either click on "Reset passcode" or "Reset phone number" and confirm
Done! An e-mail will be sent to the user, with a link to reset the passcode or phone number that will last 24hours.
Please note that the above method only applies for users with employee access in Pleo. For admins or bookkeepers, please reach out to support via the in-app chat or write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
