Has a colleague forgotten their passcode? Changed their phone number? As an admin, you can easily help your colleagues update their login details:

  • Click on People and search for the relevant user.

  • Click on the user you wish to send a reset email to.

  • In the side screen, click on the 3 dots on the top right.

  • Click on "Reset passcode" (if your colleague needs to choose a new 4-digit passcode) or "Reset two-factor login" (if your colleague needs to change their phone number or choose an authenticator app).

  • Click Reset to confirm.

Done! An e-mail will be sent to the user, with a link to reset the passcode or phone number that will last 24 hours.
