This guide outlines the automated card replacement flows for expiring cards, a feature designed to ensure uninterrupted service.
Physical card replacement
Admin side
- We’ll send you an email 60 days before the card expires
- Click Update delivery address in the email
- Confirm or edit the address
- A replacement card will be sent out automatically 30 days before the expiry date
Employee side
- Once received, go to Cards in the Pleo app
- Select the physical (gray) card
- Click Replace
- Enter the last 4 digits of your new Pleo card
Virtual card replacement
Cardholders will get 3 reminders (email and push notification) before the card expires. Here’s how to renew a virtual card:
- Click Renew virtual card in the email or push notification
- Click Renew under your current card
- Confirm the renewal
- Your old card will be deactivated, and a new one with unique details will be created
