View your plan and billing
- Log in to the Pleo web app
- Go to Settings
- Click General
- Access Billing
What's included in your plan
You can see a breakdown of your current subscription directly in the billing section. The features available depend on when you joined Pleo:
Good to know: Click Manage to see exactly how many active users and physical card orders you're currently being charged for.
Change your plan
If you need to move to a different subscription level, click Switch plan and select the new plan that fits your needs.
Add billing details and VAT
It is important to keep your tax information up to date to ensure correct invoicing.
- Go to the Billing details section
- Click Edit billing details
- Enter your VAT number and save
Manage your billing contact
If your organisation has several admins, you can choose one person to receive and manage all Pleo invoices.
- Select a specific admin to be the billing contact.
- Future Pleo invoices will appear directly in that admin's Expenses overview.
- All other admins will still be able to view the full payment history in the billing section.
View payment history
Keep track of what you've paid and what's coming up:
- Next payment: See your upcoming total, including any discounts or VAT charges.
- Previous payments: View a full list of past invoices.
- Download invoices: Click Download next to any entry to save it as a PDF.
Close your account
If you need to close your Pleo account, scroll to the bottom of the Billing page and click Cancel account.
