Download a balance or running balance statement

Balance statement

A balance statement shows a final balance as of a specific date. It includes all transactions that were settled by that date.


To download a balance statement from Pleo:

  1. Navigate to Cash Management
  2. Click Get statement 
  3. Select the day
    • Click Download if you want to download the statement
    • Click Send as email to email the statement to your auditor directly


Unable to download a balance statement? 

If you get the error message "Unable to get balance statement, this is caused by a data mismatch between Pleo and our payment processor." These mismatches usually resolve automatically, but if the issue persists after 3-4 days, please get in touch with our support team.


Good to know:

  • Go to Reimbursements if you are looking for the employee balance of out-of-pocket expenses and mileage claims.
  • Go to Cash Management to see your Current balance over time and check your running balance on a specific date.


Running balance statement

A running balance statement shows all transactions and the continuously updated balance for a selected date range.    


To download a running balance statement from Pleo:

  1. Navigate to Cash Management
  2. Click Get running balance statement 
  3. Select the currency (if applicable)
  4. Select the date range
    • Click Download if you want to download the statement
    • Click Send as email to email the statement to your auditor directly
