Keeping physical receipts

In most countries, there is no need to store your physical receipts once you have added them to your Pleo app. 

Italy

• If your organisation digitally archives receipts through the Conservazione Sostitutiva certification, you don't have to store the physical receipts.
• Otherwise, your physical receipts have to be stored for 10 years from purchase date.

Spain & France

• If the pictures of the receipts have been taken in the Pleo app, you don't have to store the physical receipts.
• Otherwise, your physical receipts have to be stored.

Luxembourg

You need to store your physical receipts for 10 years from the purchase date.
