Auto top-up (recommended)

Enable Auto top-up

Auto top-up allows you to automatically top-up your wallet when your balance falls below the set-up threshold or on a specific schedule (for euro currency countries). Auto top-up set is up through a direct debit agreement or instant auto top-up (UK and specific banks only).

Expected top-up time: Direct debit - up to 5 business days, instant auto top-up - within minutes 

Good to know: 

• If the auto top-up option is not visible, this means you are not eligible.
• For Denmark: You need to submit a Mastercard Overførselsservice before you can set up auto top-up.

One time transfer

1. Navigate to Wallet
2. Click Top-up 
3. Select Bank transfer
4. Follow the instructions:
   • Instant top-up (UK, FR, NL only): Select your bank to make a transfer through open banking
     Expected top-up time: within minutes
     
     
   • Manual transfer: 
     If you don't see the payment details right away, click Bank transfer details.
     Note: Make sure to make the transfer from your company bank account.
     Expected top-up time: within the next business day (depending on your bank and chosen payment method
     
     
   • Top-up through Plaid (US only): Connect to your bank account through plaid
     Expected top-up time: 4 business days
