In order to use your Pleo cards, you would need to have funds in your company’s Pleo wallet. Please follow the steps below to top-up your wallet.
- Go to the Wallet menu from the Pleo webpage.
- Click the Top-up button.
- Click the Bank transfer button.
The account information displayed here is your company’s virtual account with Pleo. This is unique to your company, and that’s how Pleo knows where the funds are coming from.
When you are initiating a transfer from your company’s bank account to Pleo, you can leave the reference field empty or simply enter your company’s name.

As soon as the funds hit our partner’s bank account, they will be automatically linked to your Pleo wallet and you will receive an e-mail informing that your Pleo wallet has been topped up.
In some cases we may need to ask for more information from you, in order to top up your funds.
Note: We can only accept funds and load them to your Pleo Wallet, provided they are sent from a bank account registered in your company's name.
