In order to use your Pleo cards, you would need to have funds in your company’s Pleo wallet. Please follow the steps below to top-up your wallet.

  1. Go to the Wallet

  2. Click on Top-up

  3. Click the Bank transfer and you should see all the information displayed

The account information is unique to your company. When you make the transfer you can leave the reference field empty or simply enter your company’s name.

As soon as the funds hit our partner’s bank account, they will be automatically linked to your Pleo wallet and you will receive an e-mail informing that your Pleo wallet has been topped up. In some cases we may need to ask for more information from you, in order to top up your funds. Please Note: If you transfer at weekends your funds will arrive Monday morning.

As a regulated financial services institution, we can only accept funds and load them to your Pleo Wallet, provided they are sent from a business bank account registered in your company's name in the EEA or UK.

We are unable to accept transfers from a personal account or processed by an e-money institution, such as TransferWise, Modulr or PrePay.
