1. Updating the access token
In most cases, the export job expiry message appears because of a failure with the authorisation token. It's easily fixed by refreshing the token, without disconnecting the integration.
- In Business Central, access Pleo integration setup
- Click More Options
- Click Actions
- Click Update Access Token
- Follow the instructions on the screen
- Once complete, test to export an expense
2. Migrating to API Keys
If you still experience the error: "Export Job Expired", learn how to migrate to API Keys authorisation method.
3. Checking PIO Jobs Exchange Mgt. status
If updating the access token or migrating to API Keys doesn’t solve the issue, follow these steps:
- In Business Central, access Job Queue Entries
- Click on the line named PIO Jobs Exchange Mgt.
- Check the Status and the Scheduled checkbox
- If the Status is not Ready and/or the Scheduled checkbox is unchecked, click Restart
- If the Status is already Ready and the Scheduled checkbox is enabled, please contact the support team for assistance
- Once complete, test to export an expense
