In some cases you may need to replace one of your Pleo cards, for example when a card is damaged, lost or stolen.


Keep in mind: You don't need to replace cards that are about to expire; Pleo will automatically send a new card 1 month before the expiry date.


FOR EMPLOYEES: To replace your Pleo card

  1. Go to Cards in the Pleo app
  2. Select the card you need to replace
  3. Freeze the card
  4. Destroy the card by reporting it as Lost or Stolen
  5. Replace the card:


FOR ADMINS: To replace a Pleo card

  1. Go to People in the Pleo web app
  2. Select the card holders profile
  3. Select the card you need to replace
  4. Freeze the card
  5. Destroy the card by reporting it as Lost or Stolen
  6. Replace the card:

*Dependent on the card program, while requesting the card is available without a fee, certain other transaction fees, costs, terms and conditions are associated with the use of the card.
