Download a balance statement

A balance statement includes all settled expenses. 


To download a balance statement from Pleo:

  1. Navigate to Wallet
  2. Click Balance statement 
  3. Click Get balance statement
  4. Select the day
    • Click Download if you want to download the statement
    • Click Send as email to email the statement to your auditor directly


Unable to download a balance statement?

If you get the error message: Unable to get balance statement, this is caused by a data mismatch between Pleo and our payment processor. Balance mismatches are usually resolved automatically. Get in touch with our support team if the issue persists after 3-4 days


To check your running balance in the meantime:

  1. Navigate to Wallet
  2. Click Reports
  3. The running wallet balance will show in the right column
