A balance statement includes all settled expenses.
To download a balance statement from Pleo:
- Navigate to Cash Management
- Click Get Statement
- Select the day
- Click Download if you want to download the statement
- Click Send as email to email the statement to your auditor directly
Good to know: Go to Reimbursements if you are looking for the employee balance of out-of-pocket expenses and mileage claims.
Unable to download a balance statement?
If you get the error message: Unable to get balance statement, this is caused by a data mismatch between Pleo and our payment processor. Balance mismatches are usually resolved automatically. Get in touch with our support team if the issue persists after 3-4 days.
Good to know: Access Cash Management to see your Current balance over time and check your running balance on a specific date.
