Why are you introducing plan changes?

We're introducing plan changes to better align with our goal of continuously improving Pleo and delivering more value to our customers. 

What are the key changes? 

• Starter Plan - We're introducing a small platform fee on the Starter plan. This change ensures we can continue to invest in and maintain a reliable, high-quality experience for even our smallest customers, guaranteeing the plan's long-term viability.
• Advanced & Beyond Plans - The prices for our top-tier plans have been adjusted to reflect the significant new value and capabilities we've added. This increase is driven by the introduction of powerful features like AI Expense Review, Spend Guidelines, and new HRIS integrations.

These changes are designed to create a more sustainable business and a more logical product journey that supports your growth from day one.

Can you confirm that the subscription fees won’t increase again?

While we don't have any immediate plans for further changes, our pricing will always evolve to reflect the value we provide. Our commitment is to always give you ample notice and clearly communicate the reasons for any future adjustments.

When will the latest plans be effective?

Existing Pleo subscribers affected were notified via email at the end of October and given a two-month grace period before the updated plan takes effect. 

What if I don't want changes to my plan?

If you don't want to accept the changes to your plan, you have the following options:

Downgrade or cancel your subscription before the plan changes take effect.

Contact customer support to discuss any concerns or explore available offers.

Where can I find my current plan details?

You can view your current plan details in your account settings under General → Billing. We've also sent you an email with the upcoming changes and your available options.
