Find card PIN code

Physical card

To find the PIN code of your physical card:

1. Navigate to Cards
2. Select your physical card
3. Tap Show PIN 

Show PIN not visible? To access your PIN code, you first need to activate your card by pairing it in the Pleo app. 

Good to know:

• For security reasons you'll not receive your PIN code by post; instead, you can view it in the Pleo app
• It's not possible to change your PIN code
• The PIN code of your Pleo card is not the same as the 4-digit passcode used to log into Pleo.

Virtual card

Virtual cards do not have a PIN code and you shouldn't need it while making payments.
