Enable negative Wallet balance with Reserve

With Pleo Reserve it's possible to have a negative wallet balance, so you don't have to worry about having enough funds to pay for larger purchases or while waiting for your Wallet top-up. 

Anytime you would have a negative wallet balance, this would automatically be settled with your next Wallet Auto top-up.

Note: Currently available in the UK, Germany, Sweden and Denmark.

Enabling Pleo Reserve

1. Navigate to Wallet
2. Click Manage Wallet
3. Within Low Balance Auto Top-up
   1. Enable Auto Top-up (if you haven't already)
   2. Tick the box for Use this Reserve while the transfer is in progress
   3. Set a Reserve limit within the following ranges:
      • UK: 2,000 - 50,000 GBP
      • Germany: 2.000 - 50,000 EUR
      • Sweden: 20,000 - 500,000 SEK
      • Denmark: 15,000 - 370,000 DKK

Good to know:

• If you don't see the Reserve tick box, Pleo Reserve is currently not available to you 
• You can deactivate Reserve or change your Reserve limit at any time in Low Balance Top-up

Pleo Reserve costs

Reserve is currently free, but an annual overdraft fee will be added if your Reserve balance is overdue for more than 7 days:

• UK: 8%
• Germany: 15%
• Sweden: 10%
• Denmark: 11.75%
