Set spending guidelines

Admins can add, publish, edit or delete spending guidelines for different categories that employees can view in the Pleo app. 


Available to users on the Essential, Advanced or Beyond plan


  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Access Spending Guidelines
  3. Click Create Guidelines 
  4. Select a category to add guidelines to
  5. Choose to write the guidelines yourself or with AI
  6. Click Publish
  7. Once published, users will be able to read and ask questions about the guidelines directly in the Pleo app
