Invite controllers

Invite a controller

You can invite a controller in Pleo, select their access level and enter their details. The controller will receive an email with the invitation to join your Pleo account.

To change access levels and give additional permissions:

1. Go to People
2. Navigate to Everyone
3. Select the controller
   • Change the access level
     • Limited access:
       • View and edit expenses
       • Edit accounting settings
       • Export expenses
     • Extended access includes limited access and:
       • Add and edit users
       • Order plastic cards
       • Set and control spending limits
       • Manage vendor cards
   • Additional permissions
     • Manage transfer rules - To allow account withdrawals, manage Direct Debits and Transfer Rules
     • Settle out-of-pocket expenses
