Reset passcode or authentication method

Only Admins can reset passcodes. If you don't have admin access but forgot your passcode, reach out to your Admin.


To reset a passcode:

  1. Navigate to People
  2. Select the person who needs a passcode or authentication reset
  3. Click the three-dot menu
    • Select Reset passcode
    • Select Reset two-factor login to change the authentication method
  4. The employee will receive an email to reset their password or authentication method, the link in the email will remain valid for 24 hours.
