What to do if you see the message "the selected cashbook should either have the allowed entry types set to ‘All’ or 'Journal Entry’"

The cause:

In e-conomic, the journal that's been created for Pleo has the wrong entry type.

The solution:

1. Log in to e-conomic.

2. Go to "Journals".

3. Select the "Pleo" journal (please check with the person who created the journal if you can't find one called "Pleo").

4. Click on "Other options".

5. Click "Journal setup".

6. Click "Entries".

7. From the "Allowed entry types" dropdown, select "All".

8. Click "Save".
