How to sync Pleo Categories with your chart of accounts in Holded

  1. On the Categories page in Pleo, select the relevant account numbers from the drop-down on the left hand side. The drop-down is automatically synced with your Holded account.

  2. For each account, give it a name that will be easy for people to understand when they go to select a category for an expense.

  3. Lastly, you'll have the option to add a Tax code to each category. Please only add this in for categories linked to invoices (Spanish: Facturas) and not tickets (Spanish: Recibos). For the latter, please leave the Tax code field empty.

    It's also good to know that Pleo does not automatically sync with your tax codes in Holded. Our product team is working on tax code sync for Holded. For the time being though, Pleo will only show the following tax codes:

    • IVA Compras 21%
    • IVA Compras 10%
    • IVA Compras 4%
    • Inv. Suj. Pasivo 21%
    • Exención (art.20) 0%
    • IVA Intracom. Servicios 21%
    • IVA Intracom. Bienes 21%
