Here's what to do if you see a message in Pleo saying that a refresh token is "invalid" or "expired", or that there is a "timeout" or "timeout executing POST".

The cause:

If there's no export activity between Pleo and Fortnox for more than 31 days, the connection expires.

The solution:

Disconnect and reconnect Pleo and Fortnox. Feel free to take screenshots of your accounting setup in Pleo before disconnecting. You might find it easier to simply copy over the verification series and any account numbers into their respective fields.
