Once a member has been added as a bookkeeper to a client, they will be able to see the client in the Partner Portal. They can easily access and manage the client’s account directly from the Portal.
If a member has been added to multiple clients they will have the ability to switch between the different clients from a dropdown menu.
To access a client's account just head to Clients and press the white icon on the right of the client’s name (a tag will appear that says Go to client’s Pleo)
To switch between different clients’ accounts once logged into one, all you – or the bookkeeper assigned to the client – have to do is choose the client that you want to access from the Choose client dropdown below their name on the main menu.
