If you're not receiving notifications to your Pleo app, this could be due to a couple of reasons. To ensure you have the correct settings enabled within your device, please head to:

Switch Allow notifications to ON
Once done, please check that you also have notifications enabled in the Pleo app:

Notifications
Enable on both e-mail and mobile.
If you're still not receiving notifications, please check that your Pleo app is updated to the newest version. To ensure this you can simply delete the app and re-download it.
