What to do if you're not receiving payment confirmation notifications

Double-check that you've allowed notifications from Pleo on your mobile app

If you're not receiving notifications to your Pleo app, this could be due to a couple of reasons. To ensure you have the correct settings enabled within your device, please head to:

  • Phone Settings

  • Notifications

  • Pleo

  • Switch Allow notifications to ON 

Once done, please check that you also have notifications enabled in the Pleo app:

  • Account

  • General

  • Notifications

  • Enable on both e-mail and mobile.

If you're still not receiving notifications, please check that your Pleo app is updated to the newest version. To ensure this you can simply delete the app and re-download it.


If you are still not receiving notifications in real-time on from your mobile app, please contact us via the in app chat or by e-mail at support@pleo.io, and we can investigate further for you.
