Forgot passcode

FOR EMPLOYEES

If you forgot your passcode, your Admin can reset your passcode for you. 

  1. Request your Admin to reset your passcode
  2. You'll receive a reset passcode email 
  3. Reset your passcode within 24 hours


FOR ADMINS

If you forgot your passcode:


  • You're the ONLY admin
    Reach out to Support, they can send you a reset passcode email. Be sure to have the following information ready:
    • If you have topped-up your Wallet: Proof of payment for your last Wallet top-up
    • If you haven't topped up your Wallet: A company bank statement showing the company name and account number
