Ensure that notifications from Pleo's mobile app are enabled on your phone settings: 

For IOS (iPhone): 

Phone Settings > Notifications > Pleo > and switch 'Allow notifications' to ON 

For Android:

Phone Settings > Notifications > Pleo > and switch 'Allow notifications' to ON 


If you have notifications turned on and you are still not receiving notifications in real-time on from your mobile app, please contact us via the in app chat or at via email at support@pleo.io
