If you have forgotten your passcode, we kindly ask that you contact us via our in app chat or at support@pleo.io to create your new passcode.

If you know your passcode, and would like to change it, you can do so on your mobile app and web-browser:

To change your passcode on the mobile app :

  1. Tap on the bottom right icon (resembling a silhouette) 
  2. Select "Passcode" followed by "Change passcode" to replace your current passcode with a new passcode

To change your passcode on a web browser :

  1. On the main menu, tap on the drop-down arrow, to the right of your name 
  2. Select "Edit Profile" 
  3. On the bottom right corner, select "change" to replace your current passcode with a new passcode
