Activate card

Activate/pair your physical card

Once you receive your Pleo card, you need to pair it in the app to access the pin and activate the card:

1. Navigate to Cards in the Pleo app
2. Select the physical (gray) card
3. Tap Pair Card
4. Enter the last 4 digits of your Pleo card

Activate your virtual card

1. Navigate to Cards in the Pleo app
2. Select the virtual (yellow) card
3. Tap Unlock my card or Activate card

Activate your vendor card

Vendor cards can be used as soon as they are created. The status changes to Active as soon as the card has been added as a payment method on the vendor's website.
