What to do if you see a message saying the "Account number is not present in e-conomic" or "Account(s) is not found or barred."

If you see this message, re-import your Categories to make sure that they're in sync between Pleo and e-conomic.

The cause:

If an account number (a.k.a. a "category" in Pleo) is "not present" in e-conomic, this means that it the category doesn't currently exist. It might've existed at some point in e-conomic, but was deleted or changed. "Barred" means that a category did exist but was cancelled in e-conomic.

The solution:

Make sure that desired categories are live in e-conomic, and then re-import your Categories to make sure that they're in sync between Pleo and e-conomic.
