Although it rarely occurs, some merchants may question why your name is not printed on your Pleo card and request more information before processing a payment. If this happens, you should:
Show the merchant the back of your Pleo plastic card, so that they can see the last 4 digits of the card
Open the Pleo app, and click on the Cards menu in the lower left corner
Swipe the virtual card left, to access your plastic card details
Show the merchant that the 4 last digits of your Pleo plastic card match those recorded in the app, and the scroll down in the app to display the Card holder details
Worth noting: It is in part due to the lack of names on Pleo cards that we can distribute them to you so quickly and efficiently, while also maintaining security and convenience through the use of our app.
