You have received a new plastic card, but your old one is still connected to your Pleo account. Here you can find a step by step guide showing you how to update your account to reflect your new card!
To remove your old Plastic card, please follow these steps:
Go to the My Cards section in the Pleo app
Click on your Plastic card, and select the option to "Freeze" this.
Once done, an option "Lost or Stolen" will show, please select this
Enter your 4 digit app Passcode to confirm
Please select this option even if your card is not lost or stolen, as this action simply removes the card from your account. This renders the card unusable, and this action is irreversible.
Next, the option "Pair card" will show. Please select this, and follow the steps below:
Enter your 4 digit app Passcode
Enter the last 4 digits of your new Plastic card
Once done, the new card is activated and you're ready to go!
Please note that with this new Plastic card, you'll also have a new PIN code. You can view this at any time in the Pleo app, by selecting the Plastic card, and "Show PIN"
