During the sign-up-process and the reclaim process, you may receive emails from the domain @pleoreclaim.com. This is an email from the Pleo Reclaim team, and if you're in doubt of the authenticity of this, you can always reach out to us on the chat, to have the communication confirmed as coming from Pleo.

We will usually only contact the emails specified as contact people in the signup flow, but in some time-sensitive cases (e.g. Out-of-office response or bounced email) we may reach out to other account admins.

If we can't get ahold of an admin before the expiry of the authorities' response deadline, for clarification of purchase purpose, we will reach out to the user directly as a last resort.
