Merchants can refund transactions to your Pleo card, and all refunds are shown in the Expenses page, and marked in green.
If your card is currently frozen it can still accept refunds onto it. These will show in your Expenses page.
If your card has been marked as Lost or Stolen, or a user has been deleted, you can still receive refunds. These will not appear in the Expenses page, but will instead reflect directly on the Wallet's balance,
Please note that once a merchant processes a refund, it usually takes between 2 to 10 business days for the funds to reach Pleo and be reflected on your account.
