If your Pleo cards has been lost, misplaced or stollen, proceed by marking it as lost or stollen directly from your Pleo mobile or web app under Cards tab.
The card will be instantly disabled and blocked, making sure it doesn't get misused. You will not be able to re-enable the card, and you should ask your Pleo administrator to order a new card to replace the blocked card.
Are you a reviewer? You can also mark the card as lost or stollen for your employees in the Pleo web app under the People or Plastic Cards tab in the main menu.
