How to use your business travel insurance from AXA Partners

Please note that Pleo no longer offers AXA travel insurance. It is only available to customers who signed up for it while it was available.

Claims are handled by AXA Partners, that can be contacted on the following local numbers:

After selecting your country of residence, be sure to select Pleo as your insurance provider.

When contacting AXA Partners, you'll need to identify yourself. Your unique policy reference is preferred as a form of identification with AXA, which all actively insured users can find in their account.

To find your insurance policy documents and your policy reference, follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Account in the Pleo web app

  2. Select the Travel Insurance tab
    (If you do not see this tab, you may not have travel insurance. Contact your administrator for further assistance)

  3. Make note of your policy reference (AX......) and policy documents. You may want to download them for your reference.

  4. Before you make a claim, have ready some proof of your permanent address, such as a utility bill in your name. These can help in verifying your identity when making a claim.
