As admin, you can easily add new members to join your company’s Pleo account. 

But what if they're already using an email address for another Pleo account?

  • The same email address can only be linked to one admin or employee account. For admins and/or employees to be linked to multiple Pleo accounts, they need to use a different email address or an alias email for the additional account(s).

  • If you are an external bookkeeper, however, your email address can be connected to limitless client accounts, as well as a single admin or employee account.
