What you need
Proof of payment (screenshot or PDF) of the last bank transfer made to your company's Pleo account, that must include date, amount and payer and payee's details.
Send an email to email@example.com OR click on 'chat with us' in the bottom right.
Attach the proof of transfer to the email or chat along with your request to reset your passcode.
The support team will verify the transfer and will confirm that it matches our records and will send you a reset passcode email.
💡Top Tip: Try to reset your passcode to something memorable as you will need this code to log in and to make any changes in Pleo.
