Pleo has joined forces with Storebox, a digital receipt service developed by Nets, which means we're now able to offer a fully automated 'pay to book' experience to our customers.
How does it work?
The digital receipt will automatically be uploaded to the expense in Pleo right after you've made a purchase in one of the 5000+ stores that currently support Storebox*. You will receive a notification on your phone confirming this. No need to snap a picture of the receipt - everything happens automatically.
The app will automatically choose a category for your purchase based on previous interactions with this particular store.
Your bookkeeper or finance manager can easily push all this documentation to the accounting system with just a few clicks. Documenting work-related expenses has never been easier!
