If you’re using your Pleo plastic card for the first time (or if you’ve recently changed your PIN number), the PIN number for your Pleo plastic card needs to be synchronised with the PIN number you set up in the Pleo App.

If the terminal you are using does not support this functionality, the PIN may not be synchronised.

This rarely occurs in Denmark, but If you’re using your plastic card for the first time abroad, it can happen.

1. If you’re using your plastic card in Denmark and your PIN does not work when you are making your first purchase or after you changed the PIN number, please try using the card in a different store.

2. If you’re not in Denmark, please go to an ATM machine and select PIN services or Check your balance. This will automatically synchronise the PIN in your plastic card with the one you set up in the Pleo App and you will be able to use your plastic card for future in-store purchases.
