Please follow these simple instructions if you have just received a new Pleo UK plastic card or if you have changed the PIN number in your Pleo app.
- Pair your plastic card in Cards (mobile app) or My Cards (web browser).
- Go to a modern chip-enabled ATM near you
- Insert your new Pleo card in the ATM
- Select PIN services in the ATM menu and then select Unlock PIN
That’s it! Now your PIN has been activated and you should be able to use your plastic card right away.
