As an employee Pleo is here to help you save money, time and stress. With our system you are entrusted with your own Mastercard®, whether virtual or plastic, to make business purchases with - this means you no longer need to share cards, request permission to buy something necessary or, most importantly, be expected to pay out-of-pocket for something work related.
That's not all though!
The Pleo system uses both a computer and phone app which enables you to use technology to save time and effort by eliminating the need for expense reports. This is because the Pleo app automatically reminds you instantly, via push notifications, to save receipts by taking a photo of them through the phone app, allowing you to throw them away on the spot. Purchasing online is also easy, you can either upload the receipt via the computer app or simply take a photo of it from your Pleo phone app. The software also allows you to categorise the expense and leave a short note explaining it. This puts an end to chasing receipts, filling out expense reports as well as dealing with stressed bookkeepers or having to accept personally paying for business expenses.
Finally, Pleo makes it easy for you to be in control of your own company card, but without stressing your boss. Through our web and mobile apps you can temporarily disable a Pleo card that you think has been lost or stolen in mere seconds. If you find the card again it's just as simple to reactivate it, and if you don't find it - reporting it stolen and organising a replacement can be done on the spot.
