You can easily add as many team members to Pleo as you like by logging into Pleo via the web app, go to Teams and click on Add member.
Here, you need to write the first name followed by the email of the team member you wish to add. Make sure each team member is invited on a unique email address.
Want to add several team members at once? Simply copy and paste the names and emails into the fields as shown below:

Once your team members has been added to Pleo, you can set up their individual rights and limits, also from the Teams page.
Click on the blue Edit button next to the team member. From here, you can change the team member's role (Admin/Employee), add him to a team, and set limits - for spending and amount per purchase.
