We've made Pleo even more customizable by introducing Teams! Our customers asked for the ability to segment their expenses by department, and we listened :) It's easy to set departments for each user. 

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Team menu in Pleo
  2. Click Settings
  3. Click Create new team and Save
  4. Choose a user and click the Pencil icon to edit their settings
  5. Assign a team from the drop-down menu or create a new team
  6. Click Done and the team page will update with your changes

Admins: You can view spend by team in our new Analytics page. If you're interested in testing out Analytics, reach out to us through the in-app chat or at support@pleo.io


Note: When you export your expenses, they will now be associated with the correct team for each employee :)
