There are three different ways for Danish customers to top up their Pleo wallet with additional funds.

It's important to choose a method that works well with your internal processes and that you pay attention to our transfer times, as these vary slightly from method to method. This to ensure the right amount of funds reach your account at the right time.

Method A: Make a regular bank transfer

You can top up your Pleo wallet by initiating a regular bank transfer from your online bank. A regular bank transfer will reach your Pleo wallet in 1-3 days, depending on the amount:

Transfers of up to 25,000 DKK will reach your Pleo wallet the following business day.

Transfers of more than 25,000 DKK will reach your Pleo wallet in 3 business days.

Note! All regular bank transfers need to include a unique reference code in the message to recipient in order to reach your Pleo wallet safely.

Method B: Initiate a transfer directly from Pleo

Once you've submitted a NETS agreement and your bank has approved it, you can top up your wallet directly from Pleo, without having to generate a unique reference code or open your online bank.

Simply enter the amount you want to transfer (5,000 DKK is the minimum), click 'Top up' and the transfer will be initiated.

Transfer times are the same, but note that NETS has a cut-off time at 12:00 noon. That means if you initiated a transfer directly from Pleo after 12:00 noon, it will take an additional business day to arrive.

Method C: Set up an automatic transfer

Finally, you can also completely automate the process of topping up your wallet by setting up an automatic bank transfer. Like method B, this requires an active NETS agreement between your bank and Pleo. Read more on how to set it up here

Once the NETS agreement has been set up, click on Set up automatic transfer and define when we should top up your Pleo wallet with which amount (5,000 DKK is the minimum). Next time the balance falls below the threshold we'll automatically initiate a bank transfer.

Transfer times remain the same: Transfers of up to 25,000 DKK will take 1 day, if initiated before 12:00 noon, to arrive. Transfers of more than 25,000 DKK will take 3 days, if initiated before 12:00 noon, to arrive.
