• Log into Pleo and go to Settings.
  • Click on Integrations. 
  • Find Roger and press Enable.
  • Grant Pleo permission to connect with your Roger account. If you don't already have a Roger account, you will need to create one. The account will be free of charge and you will have a 30.000 DKK limit per month.
  • The integration has now been set up. Please log into Roger now and add your Pleo card as payment card (Settings > Payment Methods > Add Payment Method). 

Something to be aware of if you already have a Roger account

After setting up the integration you'll notice a new company account has been created in Roger. This is the account that integrates with Pleo. It has a monthly limit of 30.000 DKK and is free of charge. 

We recommend you to move current bills and re-create users in this new account. If you have a Business or Business Plus Roger account, you can easily migrate your bills to the new account:

The new account has a different RogerAddress, so if your team members are used to forward bills to Roger, you need to let them know they need to start forwarding to this email instead. 

Finally, be aware that both Pleo and Roger integrate with e-conomic. We recommend you to disable the Roger/e-conomic integration to ensure bills aren't exported twice to e-conomic!

Need a higher monthly limit? You can upgrade (and downgrade) the free account to a Business or Business Plus at any time.
